Making difficult things easy
When confronted by an angry bear, no one thinks of fight or flight.
There’s no time to think.
You simply fight or flee.
Part of what it means to be exceptional is to make the difficult things easy, to make them as instinctive as fight or flight.
It’s harder than it sounds.
It requires constant practice.
Yet, if it’s too difficult at the moment of need, it’s already too late.
