A Book I Love: The War of Art

If you only read one book this year, it should be The War of Art by Steven Pressfield. In it, Pressfield explains that the enemy of progress is The Resistance (a term he coined for our inner fear and excuses). He goes on to detail how artists and innovators overcome The Resistance. At 190 pages, it’s a short read that packs a lot of punch. Plus, it’s endlessly hilarious--Pressfield pulls no punches.

I’ve now read it twice, and I will be revisiting it at least once a year.

Check it out, and let me know what you think.
